I dont have a cell phone because it was too expensive...?
I cancelled my Verizon plan when the contract expired. I have been trying to survive without a cell. But I am finding that there are times I would like to use one for calls, and especially texting. Any suggestions for cheap texting andor minutes with low under fees and no contract?

I got a net phone for my little sister. They seem to be reasonable for a company with no contract... Walmart has them, usually for only about to start.
