Is it possible for anyone to track your cell phone?
I have a pre paid phone. I would like to know if anyone would be able to track it. ANy federal agency or whomever. It is a motorola a. I do not believe it has GPS.

Calls are screened electronically for keywords. With clever compression and lots of money to burn, it is possible to record many if not all calls for later analysis. i.e. if the phone is implicated in something at a later date.
