Is it possible to buy a DVD player that can play any DVD?
Including any region PAL and any region NTSC disc?

By default all DVD players can play both PAL and NTSC discs PAL and NTSC are output modes selectable from the players setup menu. You can buy a regionfree player from virtually anywhere these days. brbrIt might also be worth buying one that can playback DVDRRW, DVDRRW and VCDs depending whether you burn DVDsVCDs on your PC.brbrHope that helps.
